Meeting at the diving center where an instructor will accompany you in all stages of the day. You will discover or rediscover the material used, will receive all necessary information before heading to your immersion area.

Beginners start in an area called confine waters. You are in the sea, but in the same conditions as in a swimming pool! It gives you plenty of time to get used to the equipment, to breathe underwater and to do some preparation exercises with your instructor. We take a good dose of confidence before going deeper to discover the seabed.
